  • To be treated with no pain or as little pain as is humanly possible
  • To be seen as soon as possible usually the same day should you have pain or a cosmetic emergency

COVID-19 update 25/3/2020:

To our valued patients,

We are following new guidelines and advice from overseas colleagues for clinical practice since the COVID-19 outbreak. To ensure the safety of our patients, staff and their families,

we are no longer undertaking any clinical dental procedures but will be available for emergency management.

If you have a dental emergency, we will provide as much pain and infection-management assistance as possible over the phone. Please call us and we assess your individual case and needs.

As our practice will be quieter in the coming weeks, we would like to offer help to any elderly and vulnerable individuals in the Toowoomba region who are without friends or family to assist them throughout this period. If we can support in any way, (for example by collecting shopping for you and leaving it outside your door), please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

If you are in need and do not know who else to call, call us and we will do what we can.
